CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registrant must contact Kellie DuBay Gillis at ohionorth-ra@scbwi.org to request a refund by Tuesday, September 6. The only refund requests that will be accepted after September 6 are Covid-related cancellations. If you are ill or showing symptoms within 24-hours of the conference, please notify Kellie DuBay Gillis at ohionorth-ra@scbwi.org to cancel your registration and receive a refund.
