Join us for our first 2023 virtual peer-to-peer manuscript critique meet-up on Thursday, February 16 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm eastern. Our critique meet-ups are a great way to give and receive feedback on your work-in-progress.
These events are for SCBWI members only and registration is required.
• We are expanding participation to 20 participants. We will have two breakout rooms with a maximum number of 10 manuscripts to be shared in each breakout room. If all the slots fill, additional people are welcome to listen in and share feedback.
• Each participant will be asked to read for a few minutes and will then receive feedback on their work
• There should be enough time to read an entire picture book manuscript or 3-4 double-spaced pages from a longer work
• If possible, attendees are encouraged to share their manuscript on-screen so that others can read along
• You will receive the meeting invitation the day before the event (and a reminder just before the meeting)
