Graphic Novel Format Session

Date(s) - 04/02/2021
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Although there is no standard for how to format a graphic novel script, a well-formatted easy-to-read script is necessary. Join Lily LaMotte as she walks you through how she formats her graphic novel scripts using pages from her middle grade graphic novel Measuring Up from HarperAlley, HarperCollins’ new graphic novel imprint.

Our session will be held via Zoom on Friday, April 2 at 6:00pm ET. Note that this session will be “live-only” — there will be no recording available after the event.

This event is FREE for members. Tickets for non-members are $25.

Registration is required (opens 2/21 and closes 3/31), and space is limited. Registrants will receive Zoom meeting info on 4/1.

Lily LaMotte’s MG graphic novel MEASURING UP with HarperAlley/HarperCollins was reviewed in the NY Times. Lily writes picture books, MG graphic novels, and cooks up new recipes. She also loves to load up the campervan for a camping writers retreat with her husband and two dogs.
