TERESA KIETLINSKI – Agent and Founder, Bookmark Literary
Before becoming an agent, Teresa was as a children’s book designer, art director, marketing associate and publicity guru. So transitioning to agenting felt like a natural next step. As an agent, Teresa focuses on novelty books, picture books, graphic novels, and other illustrated formats. Teresa represents Brianna Caplan Sayres’s best-selling series, WHERE DO DIGGERS SLEEP AT NIGHT?, Tina Kügler’s Geisel Award Nominated SNAIL AND WORM series, along with best-selling illustrators Joyce Wan, Daniel Wiseman and Jay Cooper. When Teresa is not wrestling office supplies away from her pencil-eating dachshund, she can be found doodling, writing poetry, or coaching girls youth lacrosse and field hockey. She lives by a lake in New Jersey with her husband, daughter and a small fishing boat named Holy Mackerel.
